RPT (Rapid Prototyping Technology)

Once the CAD design is finalized, we proceed to crafting a physical prototype. Utilizing cutting-edge Rapid Prototyping Technology (RPT), we create a precise wax model of your jewelry. This step helps us assess the proportions, fit and overall aesthetics before moving to production, ensuring every detail is perfected.

Diamond Sorting

We take meticulous care in the diamond calibration process. Our gemologists carefully select and match each stone, ensuring the perfect cut, size, and clarity to enhance your design. Every diamond is precisely measured and positioned to complement the setting, maximizing brilliance and achieving a flawless final look.

Manufacturing

Once the design is finalized, the jewelry enters the crafting stage. Our expert artisans meticulously bring your piece to life, working with the finest metals and techniques. From casting to polishing, every step is executed with precision and attention to detail. Upon completion, the jewelry undergoes a thorough quality inspection to ensure excellence before being beautifully presented for its final unveiling
