Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility & Process

Once we receive and Quality Check the returned item:

  • If it passes inspection, we will process the refund for the approved amount
  • Refunds are typically issued within 3–5 business days
  • Processing time may vary based on your payment provider

2. Non-Refundable Items

No refunds will be provided for:

  • Custom or made-to-order items
  • Items returned in used, worn, damaged, or altered condition
  • Shipping, express processing, or service fees (unless otherwise agreed)

If an item fails Quality Check, it will be returned to the customer and not refunded.

3. Pre-Approval Required

Refunds are only processed for pre approved returns. Please contact us before
sending anything back.
