Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping to major regions including the USA, UK, Canada, Europe, Australia, Singapore, UAE, and many more.

2. Shipping Charges

  • International Shipping: Flat rate of $30 USD
  • Domestic Shipping (within India): Charges may vary based on location and order value

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • International Orders: Delivered in 8–14 business days post-dispatch
  • Domestic Orders: Delivered in 4–7 business days
  • All packages are insured and trackable
  • Signature on delivery available upon request (where supported)

4. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship: Dispatch within 2–3 business days
  • Listed [Made to Order] & Custom Orders: Dispatch within 2–4 weeks, depending on design complexity
    Tracking details are sent via Email/WhatsApp once the order is dispatched

5. Signature & Insurance

  • Insurance included with all shipments
  • Signature is required on delivery upon request
  • In case of loss or non-delivery, we will investigate and, if necessary, remake and reship at no additional cost

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to tariffs, customs duties, or import taxes in your country.
  • Any tariffs, customs duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the shipping fee quoted.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • No shipments to P.O. Boxes
  • High-value orders may need extra verification or special handling

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Notify us within 24 hours if your package is lost or arrives damaged. We will support
claims and remake or reship your item if necessary.

9. Address Changes

Address updates must be made before dispatch. Rerouting is not possible once the order has shipped.

10. Notes

  • Once a package is marked as "Delivered" on the official tracking system, it is considered successfully delivered.
  • If you have not received the parcel despite the tracking showing it as delivered, we request you to contact us immediately. We will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.
  • However, once the package is officially marked as delivered, Ouros Jewels is no longer responsible for any claims related to non-receipt.
  • We recommend checking with neighbors, your local delivery agent, or your nearest courier office in such cases.
