Return & Exchange Policy
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Contact us within: 3 days of delivery.
- Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates included.
- If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for listed returns. Custom Order can not be refunded or eligible for return.
2. Cancellations
- Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase.
3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged
Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Perishable products (not applicable to jewelry but included for policy clarity)
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for safe delivery.
