Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Contact us within3 days of delivery.
  • Ship items back within7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging and certificates included.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • A 20% restocking fee will be charged for listed returns. Custom Order can not be refunded or eligible for return.

2. Cancellations

  • Request a cancellation within12 hours of purchase.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned or Exchanged

Due to the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Perishable products (not applicable to jewelry but included for policy clarity)

4. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using insured and trackable shipping for safe delivery.
